Priding himself on offering clients a hands-on, low-pressure experience, Braden Cooley is a well-known realtor in the state of Arizona, ranking in the top 5%. With an extensive knowledge and passion for the Valley, Braden’s comprehensive approach makes him an unparalleled advocate for any client no matter what your real estate requirements may be.
Braden has a deep understanding of finance and the economic landscape, having studied Business Management at Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business and International Trade at the University of Economics in Prague.
Upon graduation, Braden began working as a Corporate Tax Analyst for US Airways during their merger with American Airlines, gaining valuable accounting and organizational skills he still utilizes today. He then went on to create and manage the Phoenix Housing Group, doing everything from developing innovative property management systems to crafting the company’s cutting-edge brand and digital marketing strategies. Braden also played an integral role in securing foreign investors to fund several Scottsdale real estate investments while also increasing the number of agents in the brokerage by over 250%.
In 2016, Braden branched out on his own, closing over $15 million in sales since. In 2018, Braden began working with The Brokery, tripling his business from the previous year and placing within the top realtors in the Valley.
Braden’s experience working with investment properties and performing analyses makes him an excellent negotiator, always looking out for his client’s best interests. His background in international studies also allows him to specialize in helping out-of-state clients, and he’s particularly skilled at helping those less familiar with the area find the perfect neighborhood to call home.
In addition to his technical knowledge, Braden’s friendly personality makes his clients feel at ease. Braden considers himself a consultant in the business who is happy to educate his clients – and to be used as your resource at any time. In his free time, Braden enjoys being out in Arizona’s stunning nature. Some of his favorite activities include travel, golf, and great food.
