Kathy grew up on the Palos Verdes Peninsula in Southern California, in a household with parents who were as passionate about real estate, and their clients, as she is. The crazy California real estate market in the early 80’s left an indelible impression on Kathy! Kathy was immersed in design and real estate from an early age, watching her parents direct food and decor shoots for Sunset Magazine. This experience laid the groundwork for Kathy’s passion for all things design. This knowledge of design has contributed to Kathy’s expert knowledge in how to market a property on the selling side and how to hone in on the wish list on the buyer side. Kathy spent many wonderful summers in her grandparents home in the Verde Valley. The natural beauty of Oak Creek canyon is a part of her forever. Kathy attended the University of Arizona and majored in Fashion Merchandising. She ultimately settled in New Mexico, where she and her husband raised two boys on a chile and cotton farm. As her youngest son was leaving to enter the University of Arizona, Kathy got her interior decorating and staging career started. After staging for local Realtors, Kathy decided that the next step would be to get her real estate license.
As a Realtor with a decorating background in business, Kathy has specialized knowledge in marketing properties, proprietary systems, contract negotiation and contract knowledge. Life has many turns, and after being widowed, Kathy wanted to relocate to a larger city. After many trips to Phoenix visiting her youngest son, Kathy fell in love with the Arcadia and Biltmore areas. The greater Phoenix area offers so many excellent and new opportunities, which includes Kathy’s pursuit of trying to find the ultimate local wood fired chicken! Kathy is a multi million dollar producer, a PSA (pricing strategy advisor), and top producer in New Mexico.
