Originally from the great state of Michigan, Scott St. Pierre’s family is the reason he brought his friendly Midwest demeanor and ‘Can Do’ attitude out to sunny Phoenix, Arizona. An alumni of Ferris State University, Scott earned a degree in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR), as well as his Service Trades Journeyman’s card. With 36 years of expertise in the field of commercial and industrial HVACR, as well as 15 years of experience as a licensed Mechanical Contractor, Scott’s attention to detail, project management skills, and problem solving abilities are unparalleled. His top priority is providing clients with a seamless and exceptional experience, all while ensuring their home is in prime condition. Having a Realtor® on your side that can confidently navigate you through the inspection process is invaluable. Scott demonstrates a marked ability to guide clients towards the right homes and negotiate the most beneficial terms with his vast mechanical and contracting knowledge.
Scott’s journey in residential real estate began when he purchased his first investment property in 1987, which he remodeled and rented out to long term tenants. He also purchased and renovated a home on the shores of Lake Michigan and turned it into a vacation rental that he managed for several years. Not only does Scott understand the technical side of buying and selling a home, he understands the personal and emotional aspects of the process because of own experiences with purchasing, selling, and managing properties. His well-rounded, holistic approach to real estate invites Scott’s clients to feel at ease, worry-free, and fully supported along the way.
In his free time, Scott enjoys participating in outdoor activities, such as hiking, biking, sailing, boating, and water sports. He holds his 100 ton Master Captain’s License, which allows him to deliver sailboats and yachts throughout the Great Lakes and oceans. Scott currently resides in the Biltmore Greens home that he purchased 7 years ago with his loving wife, Susan, and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Franny.
