About Me
Tim Menghini grew up in Arcadia, in a neighborhood located just South of Camelback Mountain. He attended Brophy College Preparatory in Phoenix. Upon graduation he headed to Nebraska, for college. While obtaining a degree in Finance at Creighton University, Tim made many life-long friends and met the love of his life, Michaele, whom he married in 2002. They now live in Chandler with their 4 beautiful children.
Tim became a licensed real estate professional in 2002 and set out to build his business upon 3 important pillars: integrity, unparalleled communication, and effective negotiation. By holding these attributes in the highest regard and exhibiting their virtues every day, he has cultivated a long-standing, successful career in residential real estate. In 2014, Tim acquired and grew a Scottsdale real estate brokerage that specialized in residential sales, leasing, and property management. In 2020, he sold his company and sought out a partnership with a brokerage that embodied his own philosophy. He found The Brokery, a boutique and locally-owned real estate company that checked all of those proverbial boxes. He is proud to be their Designated Broker.
