As one of Seattle’s top real estate professionals for the past 18+ years, Ashley J. Hayes Michael, is known as “UrbanAsh” for her exceptional knowledge and experience in living and investing within the city. She is currently the Managing Broker (Washington State) and Principal Broker (Oregon State) of a talented team of agents at Pointe3 Real Estate, as well as a Leasing Specialist and Chief Operating Officer at Seattle Rental Group.
Ashley personally jumped into the Arizona real estate market in 2020 by purchasing her first short-term rental property at the base of Camelback Mountain and, in December 2021, purchasing another home in Biltmore Heights. Seeking a hyperlocal firm that shared the same high touch and like-minded approach to expertly servicing their client’s needs, she proudly joined The Brokery, coining herself as “DesertAsh.” She couldn’t be more excited to be expanding her service offerings to further assist her existing clients’ needs in Washington/Oregon, as well as taking on new clients in Arizona.
