Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’m a third-generation Arizona real estate professional, and I’ve been in the business since 1999. My grandmother was the first licensed female real estate broker in Arizona, and my mother followed in her footsteps. I grew up watching them build their businesses the right way: by working hard, treating people well, and earning their trust. I’ve carried those lessons with me throughout my career.
I began my career in land sales, but when the foreclosure crisis brought the real estate market to a standstill in 2008, I knew I had to adapt. I transitioned into residential real estate and developed a specialty helping homeowners avoid foreclosure by guiding them through the short-sale process. Having experienced those financial pressures myself, I understood what these families were going through and how much was riding on every decision. Within six months, I went from never having sold a home to managing 40–50 short-sale listings at a time. Those were complicated, high-stakes transactions, and the experience taught me how to solve difficult problems, stay calm when things get stressful, and guide people through decisions that can have a lasting impact on their families. Most importantly, it reinforced something I still believe today: there’s a person and a family behind every real estate transaction.
Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes throughout the Phoenix area. Much of my business has come from repeat clients and referrals—something I’m especially proud of because reputation and relationships have always mattered more to me than simply closing another deal.
Today, I think of my role as much more than being a real estate agent. I’m the person clients call when they need straightforward advice, a trusted contractor, a local recommendation, or someone to help them think through a big decision. That’s really what being Your Real Estate Dad means to me. I’ll give you the same kind of advice I’d give my own family—honest, practical, and without pressure. Whether you’re buying, selling, downsizing, or simply trying to figure out your next move, my job is to help you make a smart decision you’ll feel good about long after the closing.
