He was born in the UK and emigrated to Phoenix with his wife Sarah and two children in 2006. Charles and his family came to the US under the rare program called Alien of Extraordinary Ability, which was granted by the US Government for his services to residential development. For the past 12 years, Charles has been living and working in Arcadia (Lite), witnessing the area’s growth in value and amenities, turning it into a highly sought-after community. He has worked with some of the most experienced architects, designers, and craftsmen, both in the UK and locally. Charles has been honored with prestigious awards from the UK government, American Society of Interior Designers, World Architecture Award, and the Royal Institute of British Architects for his exceptional work in residential development.
