Cheryl Lehman

Cheryl’s clients value her for her clarity, integrity, and results. She builds relationships through strong communication, confident negotiation, and consistent follow- thru- turning transactions into long-term partnerships. Her focus is on understanding what matters most to each client and delivering a strategy that exceeds expectations.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Chemistry and Biology, Cheryl
went on to earn her MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. Her background has
complemented her more than 20-year career in sales, including 12 years in leadership roles
with a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company.

An entrepreneur at heart, Cheryl also co-founded and operated a wellness center, bringing
together yoga, fitness, and a cold-pressed juice bar to promote health and community
connection.

Originally from the Midwest, Cheryl has called Scottsdale home for several years - and her
love for Arizona is infectious. When she’s not at The Brokery, she enjoys spending time with
her family, traveling, playing tennis or pickleball, hiking with her dog Shay, or flying
airplanes - she’s also a private pilot.

Cheryl looks forward to helping locals and newcomers alike find their forever home and happy place in the Valley.
