Eduardo Gutierrez is a proud Arizona State University graduate who began his real estate journey in 2016 with the purchase of his first home in downtown Phoenix. With over 8 years of experience in the single-family and multifamily sectors, Eddie has successfully navigated various real estate and economic cycles. Known for his attention to detail and innovative approach, he is committed to providing exceptional service-whether helping first-time buyers achieve their dream of homeownership or assisting seasoned investors in expanding their portfolios.

 

Eddie’s primary focus is on residential real estate, where he strives to guide buyers and sellers, enhance local communities, and give back to our neighborhoods by supporting locals. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his growing family, his wife and their child, with another on the way in June 2025.
