Originally from New England, Eric Z Horn showcases an accomplished 25 year career in Phoenix’s event and trade show industry. Specifically focused on the beauty industry, he produced and managed the largest beauty event in the U.S., as well as smaller events, media promotions, conferences, and product launches all over the world. Eric has worked with everyone from celebrities to major conglomerates like L’Oréal, Procter & Gamble, and Aveda to smaller, locally-based companies. Negotiating million-dollar contracts with venues, celebrity personalities and world-class hotels provided Eric with a skill set that is fine-tuned, assertive, and respectful of the responsibilities his clients entrusted him with. This impressive background built him a strong professional foundation based upon excellent customer service, streamlined communication, genuine enthusiasm, and the ability to “put out fires” with ease and confidence. It also awarded him the title of “Trade Show Manager of the Year”.
Eric brought his skillset and worldly experiences into his real estate career, offering buyers and sellers an honest, trustworthy partner who listens to their needs, offers a comprehensive and proven approach, and creates lasting relationships. Never resting on his laurels, he learned early on that in the eyes of the client, you are only as good as your last exchange.
