Kenneth Kwilosz

I have been a real estate investor for the past 38 years. This has always been a passion of mine and my side hustle. For the past 40 years, I have been involved with broadcasting. For the second part of my career in broadcasting I was in management. I started as an account executive when I was 22 years old. I was the first broadcast television executive as an intern with channel 10 in Phoenix. Once I graduated from NAU, I was hired as the first rookie account executive at channel 10 in Phoenix at the age of 22 years old. After a year and a half I moved to channel 3 in Phoenix. I became a sales manager and launched the Warner Brothers station when I was 32 years old. At 35 years old, I move back to channel 3 as the general sales manager. I left the business for about a year and a half and owned a car dealership in Tempe. I then got back into broadcasting as the general manager of KPHE-TV44 with Lotus Broadcasting. I had the privilege of launching that station as a Spanish TV station along with 5 others. After five years, I moved to Tucson to run the six biggest radio stations there for Lotus broadcasting. I retired at the age of 57, thanks to my real estate investments during that time. I now continue to invest in real estate and enjoy helping others learn how to do the same, while creating generational wealth for themselves.
