A licensed Arizona Realtor since 2002, Scott has built his career around helping clients navigate the emotional, financial, and lifestyle decisions that come with buying and selling real estate.

 

Rooted in Phoenix since 1978, Scott has a deep appreciation for the Valley’s neighborhoods, architecture, history, and evolving sense of place. His background is anything but ordinary. Before real estate, Scott built and owned four successful travel agencies in the Phoenix area, developing a strong foundation in client service, negotiation, marketing, and high-touch concierge support.

Today, Scott specializes in luxury, historic, and lifestyle-driven properties, with a particular strength in preparing homes for market. As the founder of PRIME|Spaces Design and Staging, he understands how design, presentation, and buyer psychology directly influence perceived value. His staging and real estate experience allow him to see a property not only for what it is, but for what buyers need to feel when they walk through the door.

 

Scott is also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and an Accredited Staging Professional, bringing added insight to clients who are downsizing, transitioning, or making important next-stage life decisions. His work is grounded in strategy, empathy, and clear communication rather than pressure or one-size-fits-all advice.

 

Deeply connected to Central Phoenix, Scott is actively involved in the Melrose community and local business advocacy. He serves in leadership roles with the Melrose Community Alliance, SAMA, and the Historic Woodlea Melrose Neighborhood Association, and has volunteered with Hospice of the Valley for many years.
