Vanessa Wilde

Vanessa Wilde is a native Phoenician who was raised in the North Central corridor. Her husband is a Senior Architectural Designer, and her family is involved with construction, so Vanessa feels right at home working in real estate! She has a soft spot for historic homes and has owned and renovated in Willo North, Windsor Square, and the Biltmore. A teacher of 28 years, Vanessa is adept at educating Buyers about properties and the Valley of the Sun’s rich offerings. As a Listing Agent, she is skilled at pricing strategies and setting the stage for beautiful home presentations. When not assisting clients, Vanessa delights in visiting with her two adult daughters, instructing yoga, and gardening.
